Strategy and Future Business Director RBSL

Rory Breen is Strategy and Future Business Director at Rheinmetall BAE Systems Land (RBSL) - a UK-based, joint venture business specialising in the design, manufacture and support of military vehicles.

Rory played a key role in establishing RBSL in 2019 and has been a member of the Senior Leadership Team ever since. Having previously been part the BAE Systems Land business, he has held a number of UK-based roles, including Head of Export Sales, and has also undertaken a number of Campaign Director positions.

Prior to his engagement in the UK land sector, Rory spent 5 years running the BAE Systems Office in Abu Dhabi, UAE. He has worked throughout the Middle East, Far East and Europe, predominantly focused on the Air Sector where he worked as part of joint HMG and industry teams to secure export contracts.

Outside of work Rory spends a very active time with his 3 children, supported by his wife, Lisa.
