SRO Land Mobility Programme and Head of Army Programmes Support Group British Army HQ

Rob Vining is the Senior Responsible Owner for the Defence Land Mobility Programme (LMP), and Head of the Army’s Support Group within Army Programmes. His programme responsibilities include delivering modernised Light Utility, Armoured and Logistics Platforms, as well as Deployable Technical Infrastructure (DTI) and Operation Patient Care projects. As a Project and Programme Professional he has a strong focus on delivery, collaboration and developing high performing teams. He has had a broad career throughout Defence and the Delivery profession for over 20 years.

Rob has previously led teams within the Defence Infrastructure Organisation, the Army Recruiting and Training Division (ARTD), and has delivered Projects within he Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S), Weapons Operation Centre for Very Short-Range and Short-Range Air Defence capabilities.
