Nusret Duyar currently works as the Mechanical Design Director at FNSS, where Nusret is leading mechanical design and integration activities together with validation studies using CAE simulation and analysis. Besides, he is responsible for developing survivability solutions for military ground vehicles and turret systems. Taking design responsibilities for different sub-systems for military vehicles for more than a decade, Nusret worked as a Technical Manager of a challenging international ground vehicle program. At this stage, he played a key role in managing different functional teams effectively courtesy of agile leadership competency. He has completed an Executive MBA degree to develop both his intellectual and behavioral qualities. His objective was to become more professional ni managing people. There si no limit to being more creative, more customer- oriented, and more efficient. Now, he si blending his engineering and management skills to lead the ground vehicle design capability of FNSS to a more innovative and game-changer level.
