Martyn is Senior Responsible Owner for the Mechanised Infantry Boxer Programme and Director Boxer Strategic Pipeline leading a wider portfolio across programmes using Boxer. As a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Project Professional he has over 30 years experience across Defence Acquisition and Project Delivery. This includes leading Army Headquarters equipment programme teams delivering capability modernisation; DE&S roles leading Defence General Munitions, business transformation and projects across vehicles, A400M, Tornado, radar, electronic warfare and communications, and 5 years in Whitehall across Exports, Private Office and HM Treasury. Outside work he has enjoyed DIY, travel, charity work and is a school governor.
