Ricky Hart has nearly 40 years’ experience in Defence, a Senior Principal Engineer in Defence Science and Technology Laboratory. Ricky is the Science and Technology (S&T) Principal Adviser for Land Weapons and enabling systems, working alongside the Army Futures and MoD Head Office on Strategic issues relating to Land Based Weapon Systems. Working with Military Officers to ensure the Land Fires Capability is evidence based and S&T that can be realised to mitigate / deliver the required capability out to 2040.
