Deputy Capability Program Executive for Ammunition & Energetics (CPE A&E) U.S. Army

Mr. Peter J. Burke is the Deputy Capability Program Executive for Ammunition & Energetics (CPE A&E) (acting) within the Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Agile Sustainment & Ammunition. The CPE A&E has acquisition responsibility for development, production, and delivery of indirect, direct, and close combat munitions along with the modernization of the organic industrial base. Previous to this current assignment, he was the Chief of Staff (acting) for the Joint Program Executive Office for Armaments & Ammunition and the Deputy Project Manager for Combat Ammunition Systems (CAS). He is a member of the Army Acquisition Corps and holds certifications in Program Management and Engineering & Technical Management. He is a graduate of the Harvard Business School, and holds a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration.
