Matthew Glaser

Deputy Project Manager Combat Ammunition Systems (PM CAS) US Army

Mr. Matthew Glaser holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration and began his professional career at Picatinny Arsenal. After joining DEVCOM-AC in 2007, he moved to the Project Manager for Combat Ammunition Systems (PM CAS) where he led teams to triple the delivery of mortar cartridges. In 2015, he became Chief of the High Explosive and Full Range Practice Branch, successfully developing and transitioning several munition programs into production. He later served as the Associate for Programs, Plans, and Integration, overseeing four branches and mentoring engineers while fostering key government and industry partnerships. Since July 2025, Mr. Glaser has been the acting Deputy for PM CAS, leading the organization through Army Transformation and significant organizational activations.
