Major General Andriy Malinovskyi graduated from the Sumy Higher Artillery Command School named after M.V. Frunze. In 1993, he was enrolled in the 1294th Training Artillery Regiment of the 119th Guards District Training Center for Training Junior Specialists of Tank Troops.
