Head Of The Artillery Transformation Service Belgian Armed Forces
Colonel Patrick MESTDAGH joined the Belgian artillery in 1997 and has held various operational positions, ranging from platoon commander to operations officer and battalion commander. He has also served in several staff roles, both in materiel management and in managing the artillery capability. In addition, he spent three years as head of the targeting section of the Rapid Reaction Corps France. In his current role as Technical Authority Artillery within the Belgian Army Staff, he is responsible for the transformation of the Belgian artillery.
