In 2003, he joined the 1st Marine Artillery Regiment in Laon as an AUF1/MO 120 battery unit commander. He was deployed to French Guyana as a Proterre company unit commander. In 2005, he was assigned to the Joint Force and Training Headquarters in Creil as a J3 officer, operational targeting expert. Promoted to Major in 2007, he earned a specialized master in network design and architecture in 2008 at Télécom Paris then was graduated from the Joint Service Defence College (now the War College) in 2009. The same year, he returned to the 1st Marine Artillery Regiment in Laon where he held the position of head of operations and training office. He took part in two overseas operations in Kosovo and Chad. Promoted to Lieutenant Colonel in 2011, he served for three years as a programme officer at the section technique de l'armée de Terre artillery group in Versailles. In 2014, he joined the CIS programmes office of the plans-programmes division of the Army Staff in Paris as an information systems integration officer. He was promoted to Colonel in 2015. In 2016, he was assigned to command the 11th Marine Artillery Regiment in Saint-Aubin-du-Cormier. As commanding officer, he was, among others, deployed to Iraq where he participated in the battle of Mosul. Between 2018 and 2025, posted to the plans-programmes division of the Army Staff in Paris, he successively served as the SCORPION programme officer, a position in which he was in charge of seven armament programmes and of the Army transformation, as the deputy head of the programmes and weapon systems office and later as the head of this office. On 1 August 2025, he was promoted to Brigadier and took command of the section technique de l'armée de Terre.
