Mr. Rob Lehman

Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer Saronic

Rob is Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer at Saronic Technologies, where he leads Growth and Program Execution. He brings diverse experience across 22 years in the Marine Corps and a civilian career spanning multiple defense primes, leading small businesses, and advising companies across the defense ecosystem.

Upon leaving active duty in 2006, Rob transitioned to the United States Marine Corps Reserve, where he served until retiring in 2024. In the private sector, Rob supported multiple Navy and Marine Corps programs at both Northrop Grumman and ManTech International. As CEO of TTI, a maritime advanced technology supplier, he led the design and delivery of technologies that are afloat on multiple surface combatants today.

Most recently, Rob led 9 Line Solutions, a government relations and consulting firm he co-founded to help technology companies navigate the DoW acquisition process. He is an inaugural member of the Department of War's Science and Technology Innovation Board and serves on the National Capital Council of the Navy League of the United States.

Rob holds a BA in International Politics from Penn State University
