Brian Allen is Chief Revenue Officer of Nauticus Robotics, the NASDAQ listed autonomous subsea robotics and software company, where he leads commercial strategy across autonomy licensing, technology driven services and vehicle sales.

He came to the commercial side from the deck. A qualified ROV Superintendent and commercial diver, he spent a decade offshore across Asia, West Africa, Europe and the Middle East, with more than 1,500 hours piloting underwater vehicles on cable lay, construction and deep water salvage projects.

He founded and led Beam, growing the company from one person to 230 and specialising in bringing AI, fused sonar and visual data to subsea autonomous vehicles. That technology was used in the seabed investigation into the Nord Stream pipeline sabotage in the Baltic.

Beam ranked 32nd in the Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50 and was named a Sunday Times Top 100 technology company. He holds a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Harvard University.
