European Director of Business Development Kepler Communications

Belen Andres is the European Director of Business Development for Kepler Communications, a company on a mission to build the Internet for space. She holds a PhD in Electromagnetics and has worked in the space industry for more than 15 years. Starting her career in Spain, she was responsible for the communications systems of Deimos-2 satellite. Belen later joined Rocket Lab as the Lead RF engineer in the early stage, deploying the launch vehicle ground communications network as well as onboard RF systems. Before joining Kepler, she was involved in business development for satellite communications with RBC signals as well as consulting for several companies in the industry in the regulatory ITU processes. She is a member of CSSMA association, as well as European Commission independent expert evaluator.
