Mr. Matas Radavicius

Head of Defence Industry Unit Lithuanian Defence Material Agency

Matas Radavičius is a defence policy and industry professional with over five years of experience in shaping Lithuania's defence industrial ecosystem. He began his career at the Office of the President of the Republic of Lithuania, where he led a national study on strengthening Lithuania's defence industry. The resulting policy recommendations continue to guide the country's defence industrial development. He later worked at the Ministry of the Economy and Innovation, overseeing defence innovation and quantum technology initiatives, before establishing and leading the Industrial Cooperation (Offset) Unit at the Defence Materiel Agency. Matas currently heads the Defence Industry Unit at the Ministry of National Defence, where he leads initiatives to strengthen Lithuania's defence industrial base, foster strategic partnerships, and advance national defence capabilities.
