Lieutenant Colonel Johan Althén
Chief of Staff, Norland Dragoon Regiment Swedish Army
With more than 25 years of experience in Arctic ranger units in the North Calotte, Johan Althén has held a broad range of command and leadership positions in demanding sub-Arctic environments. Most recently, he served as a battalion commander and currently serves as Chief of Staff at K 4 in Arvidsjaur, Sweden. His professional experience is focused on Arctic operations, ranger warfare, intelligence, leadership, and the development of military capabilities in the High North.
