Lt Col Dmitri KONDRATENKO serves as a lecturer in the brigade and battalion tactics department at the Estonian Military Academy. He has graduated from the Estonian Military Academy's Anvanced Officers’ Course and the US Command and General Staff College. He participated in a mission in Afghanistan. He speaks Estonian, English and Russian.
