He shifted focus to planning and directing tactical radio networks. Finally, in 2024, he returned to the CIS Agency as Deputy Chief of Tactical CIS Section. He helped establish comprehensive training routines for new signal vehicles, improving operational readiness. Later that year, the C2/C4 Technology Development Section was established, and he was appointed to support various projects, including dismounted soldier modular kits, 5G implementation, and the development of a national technological polygon.
