Julie Holt-Jones is CEO/Founder of Space4Sight and a trusted adviser to defence, government and industry leaders on the strategic consequences of reliance on space-enabled capabilities. She draws on three decades of unusually broad international experience in the space domain, combining operational credibility with strategic judgement. Her background includes directing and leading five successful missions across ESA, NASA and industry, together with senior leadership of complex multinational programmes spanning defence, civil and commercial environments. She has lived and worked across continental Europe, the Middle East and Asia, including leadership roles in Taiwan and Singapore in politically sensitive and geopolitically complex operating environments. Julie has advised UK and international government leaders, including at the most senior levels, as well as defence organisations, boards and senior decision-makers, bringing practical experience of continuity, sound judgement and outcomes in mission-critical international environments.
