John McFadden is a seasoned aviation and defense professional with over 27 years of service in the Royal Air Force, where he has held roles ranging from Qualified Military Pilot and Weapons Instructor to Squadron Commander and Head of Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO). His expertise spans electronic warfare, multi-domain integration, complex systems analysis, and tactical doctrine development. Currently serving as a Senior Account and Business Development Manager at CRFS Ltd and a reservist with the Royal Auxiliary Air Force, John continues to shape strategy and influence decision-making in spectrum warfare. He is also a dedicated community leader, serving as a school governor and youth football coach.
