Brigadier General Razvan-Marian TUDOSE was appointed as a Commander of the ROU Cyber Command on the 22nd of January 2025. His military education began at the Dimitrie Cantemir Military High School, followed by graduation from the Military Technical Academy, marking the foundation of his distinguished career. In 1999, he commenced his service as an officer at the Military Chemical Application School in Câmpulung Muscel. Throughout his career, he has held various command and staff positions within the Army and intelligence structures, both nationally and internationallyoperational theatres abroad, including Bosnia-Herzegovina, Iraq, and Kosovo. His professional development includes a range of prestigious courses, such as the Postgraduate Course on Strategic Leadership in Defense Intelligence at the National Defence University, the Postgraduate Course on Security and Good Governance at the National Defense College, as well as specialized training in cyber diplomacy and strategic security policy at the European Security and Defense College. Additionally, he has completed the NATO Security Course at the NATO School in Oberammergau and the Cyber Security Studies Program at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies. Between 2019 and 2025, he served as Deputy Head of the Military Counterintelligence and Security Directorate, where he played a key role in coordinating the Ministry of National Defence's Designated Security Authority. His primary responsibilities included overseeing the development and implementation of security standards and policies for information and communication systems, ensuring the highest levels of security and operational resilience.
