Dr. Balázs Bartóki-Gönczy

Dr. Balázs Bartóki-Gönczy is associate professor of law and director of the Institute of Aerospace and Telecommunications Law of the Ludovika University of Public Service (Budapest, Hungary). He is the Vice-Dean of Academic Affairs of the Faculty of Public Governance and International Studies at the same university. Balázs is visiting scholar at Université Paris Saclay (LL.M. in Telecommunications and Space Law) and at Louis D. Brandeis Law Scool of University of Louisville (KY, USA). He obtained French and Hungarian law degrees (University Panthéon-Assas, Catholic University of Budapest), he holds a PhD in Legal Sciences (Catholic University of Budapest) and an MBA (Univeresité Lyon III). Individual member of the International Institute of Space Law and head of national point of contact (Hungary) of the European Center for Space Law. Delegate of Hungary in UN COPUOS and UN PAROS, visiting scholar of the UNOOSA's space law oriented "Technical Advisory Mission"
