James Farha

CEO & Co - founder Ray Systems

James Farha is the Co-Founder and CEO of Ray Systems, a subsea defence technology company. In his role, Farha has overseen the development of RayDrive, a multi-role, low-signal, and scalable uncrewed underwater vessel, and NelsonOS, a subsea autonomy software. Prior to founding Ray Systems, Farha ran a specialised legal practice for the technology sector for over 15 years. He is now focused on scaling Ray Systems' technological development, product delivery, and international presence in order to transform how defence operates in the subsea domain.
