Mikaela Green is Babcock’s Group Head of Training Capability and has been with the organisation for six years, primarily working in the Defence environment and prior to this role has led on major technical training Programmes. Her primary area of delivery is the training capability strategy, ensuring Babcock has a clear roadmap which maintains our leading position in training innovation, technology and knowledge. This includes engaging with stakeholders internally but is also focussed on working closely with customers to ensure the development of capability is aligned to their needs and transformation vision.
Mikaela has a passion for developing and delivering training capability which focuses on the learner. Engaging academia, small and medium enterprise to deliver bleeding edge, meaningful products and services which deliver enduring solutions for our complex customers.
Prior to joining Babcock, Mikaela was In the Royal Air Force as a communications information specialist as part of Joint Helicopter Command at RAF Benson, before moving into a training role at the Defence School of Communication and Information Systems, progressing into a headquarters position within the Defence College Technical Training (DCTT). Her role at the DCTT was focussed on capability and workforce development inside the training transformation programme team.
