Colonel Pat Farrell

Project Manager, PM STRIKE PAE Fires

Colonel Pat Farrell is a native of Fairview Park, Ohio and has served in the United States Army for 25 years. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and hold a Masters Degree in National Resource Strategy from the Eisenhower School, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Bellarmine University. During his career, Colonel Farrell has served in a variety of positions ranging from Platoon Leader, Company Commander, as Liaison to the Program Executive Office for Special Operations Forces, served twice as an Acquisition Advisor to the Vice Chief of Staff of the Army, as Military Assistant to the Assistant Secretary of Defense, as Product Manager for Precision Fires and Mortars, and currently serves as the Project Manager for Project Management Office for Strategic Integrated Kinetic Effects Project Office, commonly referred to as PM STRIKE, at Redstone Arsenal. Under COL Farrell’s direction, PM STRIKE provides Multi-Domain long range fires solutions with Hypersonic and Mid-Range missile systems designed to defeat high value anti-access, area denial targets to allow the Joint Force freedom of maneuver. He is responsible for the overarching management of both classified and unclassified acquisition programs and routinely engages with strategic leaders from Department of the Army, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Joint, and the Interagency Partners. His awards and decoration include the Bronze Star Medal, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Valorous Unit Award, Combat Action Badge, Office of the Secretary of Defense Service Badge, and the Army Staff Badge
