Dr. Norheim is an MD, family physician, and specialist in general practice Professor in health care services at UiT – The Arctic University of Tromsø, Norway. Dr. Norheim is also a retired Lt-Col and former Head of Institute of Military Primary health Care Former Research leader for FCI-research in Norwegian Armed Forces Member of NATO-Panel HFM RTG-310 "Human Performance and Medical Treatment Support During Cold Weather Operations".
