Brad Hughes is a chartered engineer drawing on a history of diverse engineering roles within GKN Aerospace to now drive the maturation and application of Powder Bed Additive Manufacturing across the product range. Brad leads a team of engineers and researchers across GKN Aerospace in both the UK and Sweden working on the industrialisation of AM for the Engine applications. Brad also works collaboratively across the entire spectrum of the AM eco-system, from customers, suppliers through to leading academic institutes, synthesising these R&D initiatives into a cohesive strategy for Powder Bed exploitation within GKN Aerospace.
