Eric Frécon is currently post-doctoral fellow at the Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS) of the Institute of Defence and Strategic Studies (IDSS) in Singapore. He was in charge of studies at the Centre for Advanced Marine Studies in France and won the “Young Journalist” award of the Hachette Foundation in 2001.
