The UK is set to acquire four new, next generation tankers for the Royal Fleet Auxiliary (RFA) to support the Royal Navy in its overseas operations. The 37,000 tonne tankers, known as Military Afloat Reach and Sustainability (MARS) tankers, will cost around £452 million. Controversially, the contract has gone to South Korean firm Daewoo
