Sean Bittick

Sean Bittick is an Innovation and Technology Adoption (formerly C-UAS and Capability Development) officer at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium. He contributes to the management of the Defence Against Terrorism Programme of Work (DAT POW) and serves as Secretary for the Joint Capability Group C-UAS, liaising with internal and external C-UAS stakeholders. He additionally serves as secretary for a more technical subgroup in the electronic warfare space. His formational experiences derived from service in the US Air Force at the Tactical, Operational, and Strategic levels. He also served out of uniform with the US’ Joint Counter Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Office (JCO). Sean holds a Master of Arts Degree in European and Eurasian Studies from the George Washington University and has recently enrolled in a PhD programme at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
