Dr. Enrique Belda Esplugues (Past Speaker)

Enrique Belda-Esplugues is a Doctor at Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV). He is MSc. Civil Engineer (UPV), Master in Advanced Studies (UPV) and Postgraduate at L’École Nationale d’Administration Française (L’ENA). Mr, Belda is currently the Deputy Director General of Communication and Information Systems for Security in the Spanish Ministry of Interior. He was previously working as Deputy Director General on Road Traffic Technologies in the Ministry of Interior and Lecturer in the Superior Technical School of Civil Engineers of the Polytechnic University of Valencia; he also worked in the private sector as Chief Engineer for the construction of public works and project management. He has published more than 20 articles both in National and International specialized magazines and has received a total of 17 awards in recognition of his professional work.
