The Cádiz Maritime Naval Cluster, located in Cádiz, is a non-profit association created on July 2015, to defend the interests and improve the competitiveness of the naval maritime sector, in search of constant improvement.
Our field of activity is limited to the province of Cádiz, although with a view to the rest of Andalucía.
Representing and defending the interests of companies in the maritime naval sector in Cádiz, leading collaboration among members and improving competitiveness of the Andalusian sector, opening a window from Cádiz onto the world.
To be an organization renowned for its leadership as a unique interlocutor, that acts as a catalyst to improve competitiveness and growth of the maritime naval sector in Andalucía, within an advanced business management context.
Our Strategic Plan is focus on five work lines: organization, communication, strategy, enabling, training, competitiveness and internationalization. Viewed from a medium to longer-term perspective, our plan includes the following strategic issues:

• Foster business excellence in the maritime sector.
• Expand the competitiveness of Cádiz companies in global markets.
• Improve efficacy of industrial and commercial management and drive workers’ professional development.
The Cádiz Maritime Naval Cluster has the support of leading companies in the industrial sector, business association, Cádiz University, Andalusian government, city governments and professional associations. All these entities contribute an extensive, joint catalogue of professional capacities, in different areas such as: engineering, production, auxiliary services and quality. Their experience, ability, knowledge and qualifications enhance their positioning and competitiveness.
