Brian Lihani is the Chief of the Radar Warning Branch at NORAD (North American Aerospace Defense Command) HQ,  a binational and combined organisation co-led by the United States and Canada. The NORAD Agreement establishes three primary missions for NORAD: they are Aerospace Warning, Aerospace Control, and Maritime Warning for North America.
