The safety and wellbeing of our attendees and staff is our number one priority. We want to share with you the safety measures we have put in place for the event and reassure you that our team will be working hard to ensure everyone is, and feels safe.
To give peace of mind, and reduce the risk associated with Covid-19, all attendees will be required:

Without this proof, attendees will not be admitted. In addition to this, we and the venue will be ensuring that heightened cleaning procedures, social distancing and mask wearing in crowded areas will take place.
We are constantly reviewing government guidelines and will update our practices for onsite events in line with any governmental changes. Please carefully read the below onsite processes ahead of the event.
Entry Process
Before the event
OR
If you are an international visitor and do not have access to the NHS Covid-19 app, you will still be able to and need to provide proof of EU, or US vaccination status OR a time and date-stamped negative Covid test from within 48 hours.
On arrival at the event:
Have your test result SMS (do not bring the actual test itself), email or Vaccine Covid Pass ready.
There will be two registration desks for the conference, the first to check Covid-19 credentials, and the second to register for the conference. Attendees will not be permitted beyond the Covid-19 check point should they fail to show proof of vaccination or a negative Lateral Flow Test as stated above. Once we have checked the requested items, you will enter the conference area where you will then be registered for the conference itself, receive your name badge and have access to arrival refreshments and the conference room.
Other Safety Measures
