Chief Engineer - Infrastructure Projects Belgian Defense

Lieutenant Colonel Hugues Ostoja-Kuczynski is a Combat Engineer officer with extensive experience in both operational deployments and major defense infrastructure programs. He has held key command and staff positions within operational units for fifteen years, including Company Commander and Battalion Operations Officer, and has contributed to the training and operational readiness of land forces as an instructor and tactical training lead. He has been deployed three times overseas in both command and counter-terrorism roles. Since 2020, he has led major defense infrastructure projects supporting high-value capabilities, including MQ9B, F-35, and SBAMD programs, combining technical oversight with operational requirements.
