PhD. Corneliu Vişoianu – short presentation Associate Professor at ”Dunarea de Jos” University from Galati (Romania) and General Manager of Romanian company “Uzina Automecanica Moreni” (Armored for Personnel Carriers - designing and manufacturing), Corneliu was chief of staff, during 2021, to the State Secretary at Romanian Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and now he is the honorary adviser of the State Secretary. As NIAG expert (NATO Industrial Advisory Group), Corneliu is member of Study Group SG290 on “How to Enhance Secure, Resilient and Sustainable Availability of Strategic Materials” From January 2013 to April 2015, he served as adviser to the Romanian Prime Minister. Corneliu has more than 30 years dedicated to developing civil society and its relationship with government and has founded over 20 foundations and associations. He is a panellist, speaker, consultant and mentor on Ethical Values in Public Affairs. In 2020, Corneliu was elected as Adviser at Romania Dambovita County Council. Expert and entrepreneur in public relations industry for the past twenty years, he has been involved in campaigns for major companies and organizations. As an adviser for the Minister for Research and Technology (1997-1998) he worked in sectorial strategies and legislative framework researching reform in Romania. Corneliu hold a PhD from the National Defence University in Bucharest, on national values and the role of social dialogue in the management of risks associated with terrorism. He has been a visiting professor at ROMANIAN NATIONAL DEFENCE COLLEGE and NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE ACADEMY (Romania).
