Deputy chief of planning center of Ukrainian Air Force colonel Andrii Kramarenko was born on July 21, 1979 in Dzerzhynsk.
Joined military servise in July 1996.

  • 2001 graduated from Kharkiv Air Force Institute.
  • 2013 graduated from Turkish Air War College.
