Dr William Mitchell of the Department of Joint Operations, C2 and Intelligence, at the Royal Danish Defence College has been undertaking a direct study of the realities of soldier activity on the frontline. He has come to the conclusion that troops today are in need of a refreshed approach towards ‘battlespace agility’, and has recently been commissioned to begin work on a new project in the hopes of realising this improvement.
