Poll: Is cybersecurity the area in which the U.S. government is most vulnerable yet has done the least to mitigate the threat?

Last week the U.S. Senate failed to pass new cybersecurity legislation that would have granted benefits to critical national infrastructure organisations if their computer systems and processes passed third party tests. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta supported the bill but Republicans argued that it would snowball and become a financial burden
