Debalina Ghoshal

Debalina Ghoshal is an independent consultant and formerly a Research Fellow with the Centre for Human Security Studies, Hyderabad, India. She works on nuclear issues, missiles, and missile defense. Her articles have appeared in the Washington Quarterly, the Federation of American Scientists, Comparative Strategy, The Diplomat, Canadian Military Journal, and Canadian Naval Review, to name a few. Previously, she was a Research Associate at the Delhi Policy Group.
