George Tsiboukis

George Tsiboukis (Bachelor of Arts in International and European Economic Studies, MLitt in Strategic Studies) is based in Marathon Attica, Greece. He is the administrator and chief editor of the Dartmouth Centre for Seapower and Strategy (DCSS) portal and the administrator and editor of the Via Diplomacy news portal. He specialises in defence and security issues within the Greek, Turkish and Balkan regions.
