Ben has more than 25 years of experience working with commercial and Federal clients, leading technical teams, designing next-generation networks, building advanced security capabilities, and architecting cloud services. He understands customer’s business objectives and has led technology solution development in collaboration with architects across different domains to provide the greatest value while improving user experience, performance, and security, with a focus on return on investment.

Today he is the Chief Architect of the Cyber Practice at SAIC leading the technical strategy for growing advanced capabilities including zero trust, identity management, managed detection and response, risk management, penetration testing, and attack capabilities.

Prior to SAIC, Ben was the East Coast Solutions Architect/Sales Engineer for Veriflow Systems, an Intent Based Networking startup funded by NEA and Menlo Ventures and sold to VMWare in 2019.

Ben holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University, and an M.B.A from the R.H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
