The U.S. Army hopes soon to start an Armed Scout Helicopter (ASH) programme following a forthcoming review by the Pentagon. The decision was expected by late June or early July and essentially would start the Armed Scout Helicopter programme to replace the cancelled Armed Reconnaissance Helicopter (ARH) programme.
