Norway green lights F-35 delivery for 2017 in $10.8 billion deal

Starting in 2017 and through to 2024, Norway will take an annual delivery of six F-35A Joint Strike Fighters, making it the largest defence acquisition programme in the country’s history. The news follows a proposal submitted by the government to parliament earlier this week, which is subject to annual approval.
