Eurohawk UAS on Track for 2001 Test

Plans to hold a full-scale demonstration of Germany’s Northrop Grumman Eurohawk high-altitude long-endurance (HALE) unmanned aerial system (UAS) in 2011 are on schedule. The risk-reduction Eurohawk air vehicle was due to make its first test at Edwards Air Force Base (AFB) in California at the end of the year after a roll-out in October.
