Babcock secures UK armoured vehicle maintenance deal

Babcock International, the engineering support services company that recently acquired Defence Support Group (DSG) from the Ministry of Defence for £140 million, has won a £900 million 10-year contract for the maintenance of the army’s land vehicles. The contract could rise to £2 billion over times as the post-acquisition agreements are hammered out.
